AC Service for Estero's Gated and Golf Communities
Estero became a village at the end of 2014 and is known for its golf courses, gated neighborhoods and shopping at Coconut Point and Miromar Outlets. We repair and maintain central air for Estero homeowners who reach out.
Before a service visit in a gated community
- 1
Arrange gate access
Tell us your community name and add us to the gate list, or share the visitor process.
- 2
Check HOA rules on replacements
Some associations have rules on where outdoor units sit and how they are screened. Adam handles the Village permit.
- 3
Know where the air handler is
In many Estero homes it is in the garage, a closet or the attic.

Inland comfort, not coastal corrosion
Although Estero borders the Estero Bay Aquatic Preserve, most neighborhoods sit well inland around golf courses and lakes. For those homes, the main enemies of an AC are humidity, clogged condensate drains, long run times and power surges that wear out capacitors, not salt spray.
If you leave Estero for the summer, a tune-up before you go is a smart habit, and so is keeping the system running at a higher setting instead of off. Adam offers the Stone Cold Maintenance Agreement for seasonal owners.

Estero FAQs
Do you come down to Estero?+
Yes, Estero is in our service area, but it is a long drive from North Port, so please text Adam at (941) 661-4893 for availability first.
Does an AC replacement in Estero need a Village permit?+
Yes. The Village of Estero requires a building permit for new and replacement air conditioners, and Adam pulls it on every replacement job.
What should I set the thermostat to when I leave for the summer?+
UF/IFAS suggests around 80 to 85 degrees with indoor humidity kept under 60 percent, so the system keeps drying the house while you are gone.
